Job Details Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up and interior renovation projects ranging from $100K-$20M. Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and pricing. Develop quantity takeoffs, analyze subcontractor bids, and create comprehensive proposals. Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and architects during preconstruction. Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency and project performance. Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and strong coverage.
