Compensation & Benefits - + Salary: $130,000 - $185,000 (based on experience and qualifications) + Medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance + 401(k) with up to $6,000 annual match + Paid holidays (including your birthday!) + 3-4+ weeks PTO based on tenure + Wellness program, FSA, and more Job Details Responsibilities - + Lead and collaborate on project selections and bid strategy + Communicate directly with clients throughout the bid process + Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and business development functions + Analyze electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates + Use estimating software (preferably ACCUBID) to prepare electrical estimates for new construction and remodels + Prepare and maintain detailed bid folders, RFI logs, and supplier/subcontractor quote reviews + Mentor and support junior estimators, contributing to team growth and development + Work with operations and pre
