Job Roles And Responsibilities Lead estimating efforts for complex electrical construction projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure full scope coverage Evaluate project risks, labor requirements, and overall project feasibility Perform material and labor takeoffs using estimating software and related tools Solicit and analyze vendor pricing to prepare accurate and competitive bids Support project teams with project turnover, budgeting, and change order pricing Collaborate with operations, business development, and leadership teams Mentor and support junior estimators Contribute to long-term project planning and company growth Qualifications And Certifications 7 to 10 years or more of experience in electrical construction estimating or project management Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and construction methods Proficiency in estimating software, Excel, and construction-related software tools Experience handling large, complex, or multi-phase construction projects Understanding of union labor environments and construction workforce coordination Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership ability with experience mentoring junior team members Benefits Employee ownership program Long-term career growth opportunities Stable work environment with an established company Opportunities for leadership development and team collaboration
