Job Description
Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical construction bids across power, telecom, and transportation projects. This role prepares detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and subcontractor/vendor solicitations while analyzing drawings, specs, and RFQs. The Senior Estimator will develop competitive proposals, support preconstruction planning, and collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and clients. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of electrical construction means and methods, excellent cost analysis skills, proficiency with estimating software, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
