Senior Estimator

Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our Construction department in the electrical construction industry. You will lead estimating for power, telecom, and transportation projects, preparing detailed takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive bids. The Senior Estimator will review drawings and specifications, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams. This role champions safety, accuracy, and client satisfaction while mentoring junior estimators and helping win work that supports our journeyman electricians in the field.
