Job Description
Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts for complex electrical projects in the construction department. This role develops detailed cost estimates, evaluates drawings and specifications, and prepares competitive proposals for power, telecom, and transportation projects. The Senior Estimator partners closely with operations, engineering, and clients to clarify scope, manage risk, and support bid strategy. You will mentor junior estimators, contribute to value engineering, and champion Sturgeon Electric’s culture of teamwork, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent pursuits.
