The Role The Senior Event Producer will oversee events from initial concept through flawless execution, serving as the lead strategist, creative partner, and trusted advisor to clients throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, creative thinker, relationship manager, and operational leader. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates challenges before they arise, and brings both entrepreneurial energy and sophisticated aesthetic judgment to every project. This role offers significant exposure to extraordinary clientele, and the opportunity to produce some of the most memorable private events in the industry. Responsibilities Lead the planning and production of luxury weddings, private celebrations, and destination events from concept through execution Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, timelines, budgets, vendor management, and onsite execution Develop and guide creative event concepts, including design direction, tabletop styling, guest flow, floorplans, and overall guest experience Collaborate on presentations, mood boards, design decks, and creative proposals Manage complex multi-day and multi-venue productions with precision and professionalism Negotiate and maintain relationships with premier venues and vendors Oversee budgets exceeding $1M+ with strong financial discipline and attention to detail Lead onsite event teams and mentor junior producers Ensure an exceptional client experience across every touchpoint Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in luxury event planning and production Proven experience managing high-budget luxury weddings and private events Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate ideas into elevated event environments Experience with floorplans, event design presentations, and production documentation Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele and managing sensitive, high-touch relationships Calm under pressure, highly resourceful, and solutions-oriented Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Proficiency in event production tools and platforms preferred Why Join JZ Events Boutique firm with a highly personalized approach Prestigious domestic and international clientele Significant opportunity for growth, leadership, and creative ownership Opportunity to produce exceptional celebrations at the highest level of the industry Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience 401(k) with employer contribution Travel opportunities and exposure to premier global venues and partners Confidential Inquiries Please submit your resume, cover letter, and optional portfolio to Careers@JZEvents.com .
