Salary starts at $66,720.00/annually Rogue Community Health (RCH) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Jackson County, Oregon, and is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner, enhancing the executive’s effectiveness by managing information, anticipating needs, coordinating key projects, and handling administrative duties. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic priorities, community impact, and day‑to‑day operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, adaptable, tech-savvy and mission oriented. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning Support board and committee activities, including board communications, meeting minutes and logistics Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials Serve as a professional liaison between executives, staff, board members, community partners, and external stakeholders Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations (including HIPAA when applicable) Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives that advance the mission and strategic goals Support office operations and collaborate across departments to promote smooth workflows EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably in nonprofit healthcare organization. Experience supporting senior leadership and/or a Board of Directors.Experience with project coordination or management preferred.
