The Boeing Company’s Global Talent Acquisition organization is currently seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team! The Executive Recruiter leads all stages of Boeing’s executive hiring processes including the leadership of intake meetings, recruitment strategy, research, sourcing, and attraction of targeted talent in the marketplace. This employee will also develop and maintain external relationships for external pipeline candidates while driving the search process by guiding candidate development, interview processes, assessment, and selection of candidates. The Executive Recruiter also works collaboratively on offer formulation, negotiation and close of search up through the on-boarding and hire stage. In doing so, the Recruiter partners closely with Senior Client Business Partners, Talent Acquisition professionals, Talent Management, Compensation, Total Rewards, Security Background Services, Human Resources (HR) business partners, Legal, Supplier Management and external vendors. This position can be based at any of our main Boeing sites. Position Responsibilities: Directs executive recruiting efforts including but not limited to search strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiations and new hire Pre-Employment Provides an end-to-end recruiting process, partnering with hiring organizations and applicants, managing relationships and structuring diverse candidate slates and interview panels Manages the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes/procedures, and tools to support executive staffing activities Leverages and strategizes the use of recruiting resources, strategic alliances, industry associations, social media presence, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates Develops innovative techniques and leverages networks to identify prospective candidates Provides on-going search guidance, strategy and communicates market intelligence as the search unfolds Maintains executive candidate relationships beyond the search while continuously expanding the company’s external network and keeping abreast of competition Develops effective communications techniques, methodologies and resources for use in identifying and contacting potential candidates Recruits and screens prospective candidates to qualify their skills and experience against the defined competencies for the search Performs interviews to qualify highly complex candidates and present candidates to the search committee as appropriate Facilitates compensation/benefits reviews with candidates to ensure a full understanding of The Boeing Company, compensation, relocation and total rewards Ensures candidate expectations are communicated / documented effectively for offer development Prepares and extends offers and/or employment contracts to selected candidates Partners with executive onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Additional Responsibilities: Acquires resources for recruiting activities, provides management of suppliers and leads process improvements Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and cost Develops and maintains relationships with external research firms and trade association memberships that will enable expanded networks, especially niche position or short supply candidate pools Manages search firm Request for Proposal (RFP) process and dispatches work to appropriate firms Monitors expenditures to ensure accuracy and comply with budgetary limitations Monitors processes, current and potential statutory regulations to anticipate areas of risk Assists in identification of mitigation methods and recommendations to ensure the company is compliant and competitive Conducts government conflict-of-interest, employment agreements and reviews in coordination with Law Department This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
