As a Senior Finance Analyst at Little Spoon, you will play a critical role in overseeing, driving, and optimizing our financial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to support financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. What You'll Do: Financial Planning & Analysis: Maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning. Budget Management: Support the budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed, bottoms-up annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Conduct monthly budget vs. actuals meetings with cross-functional partners to monitor OPEX & COGS performance against budgets. Financial Modeling and Reporting: Assist in driving month-end close and reporting processes, partnering closely with accounting to ensure the accuracy of financials and providing insights/commentary on company results relative to plan/forecast.
