With momentum building, the CFO is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to own the model, support capital raising efforts, evaluate M&A opportunities, and be a key operator across finance, strategy, and business development. What you’ll be doing Own and evolve the company’s core financial model: daily and weekly updates, scenario analysis, capex projections, and long-term planning Build outputs quickly and efficiently for board, capital partners, and internal leadership Lead valuations for M&A and strategic partnerships, including building pro forma models for targets Support capital raising initiatives including prep for future debt or equity raises Develop investor materials and help shape how the company tells its story Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, corporate dev, and ops teams on high-impact strategic initiatives What we’re looking for Investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or Big 4 valuations background Advanced Excel skills and speed of execution - this is a hands on modeling role Strong grasp of financial concepts (EBITDA, valuation, capital structure, etc.) Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves working across functions, and wants to learn fast Must have a genuine interest in sports
