Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee financials for the real estate portfolio, including annual budgets, monthly financial reviews, and budget-to-actual analysis. Prepare quarterly valuations for all real estate holdings, utilizing net operating income and discounted cash flow models. Liaise with property management companies and external accounting firms to coordinate financial statement audits. Calculate periodic distributions for real estate entities, ensuring adherence to partnership agreements and loan documents. Collaborate with asset management and development teams to maintain and improve the property-level financial database. Requirements: Have 3-5+ years of experience working in finance or accounting, preferably within real estate. A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting. Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills for evaluating financial performance. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Qualifications: Maintain strong attention to detail and self-motivation to manage multiple financial projects effectively. Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential financial matters. Work independently while also collaborating within a growing and fast-paced environment.
