Primary Skills: Financial Modeling (Expert), Data Analysis (Expert), Reporting (Advanced), Forecasting (Advanced), Financial Planning & Analysis (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2 Job Summary: My client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Customer Services Finance team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting while driving accountability and optimizing resource allocation. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and work collaboratively across departments to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Support monthly/quarterly close cycles and annual planning. Provide insightful reports, dashboards, and analyses to drive business performance. Drive efficiency gains through financial modeling and optimization of resource allocation. Engage in automation initiatives for reports and dashboards for improved accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data aligns with strategic goals. Must-Have Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for conveying financial concepts. Experience with financial systems and data-driven modeling. Industry Experience: 5+ years in high-tech FP&A or business support roles.
