[Location] CA, TX, NY, NJ, PA, GA, WA, and more (remote included) Role Description We are currently partnering with several emerging-growth SaaS and FinTech companies seeking Senior Financial Analysts and Strategic Finance Analysts. The ideal candidates will be highly analytical and business-minded, serving as strategic financial partners to executive leadership and business unit leaders, providing financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis to drive critical business decisions on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. These individuals must also be comfortable performing in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and possess the ability to build scalable, repeatable processes that enable the business to continue growing. Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models for budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with department heads to understand their needs and align resource allocation with strategic priorities Develop and maintain SaaS metrics dashboards and reports, including ARR, LTV, CAC, Gross Retention, Net Retention, and Payback Period Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to analyze ROI on strategic investments, pricing decisions, and new product launches Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, such as fundraising, M&A, or new market entry Prepare presentations for the Executive team and Board of Directors Assist with due diligence preparation for future financing rounds (e.g., Series B, Series C, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or FP&A, preferably within a technology or high-growth company Proven ability to own and build financial models from scratch Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to define complex data into clear and concise language across technical, operational and leadership teams === About us HRCap, Inc. is a Top 10 Executive Search & HR Consulting Company.
