In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial partner across the organization, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows, performs, and plans for the future. Job Duties: How You Win Everyday Own and manage the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast models Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operartional visibility Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing and performance Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting Qualifications: What You Offer Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance Proficiency with E
