LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a well-established investment management and financial services organization with a sophisticated portfolio and collaborative team environment. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with experience supporting investment operations, partnership accounting, and financial reporting within a fast-paced financial services setting. Job Responsibilities Record investment purchases, sales, capital contributions, and distributions Maintain and reconcile investment activity against capital account statements, broker records, and bank statements Assist with recording investment valuations and related accounting activity Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including audit support and interim reporting Support investment professionals and internal teams with accounting-related requests and reporting needs Maintain investment and investor information within internal systems and databases Assist with ongoing process improvements and other ad hoc accounting projects as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 2–4 years of accounting experience required Financial services, investment management, or partnership accounting experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
