About Us We are building an AI-driven healthcare communications platform focused on delivering highly personalized, compliant, and trusted digital communications to healthcare professionals at scale. Our core technical challenge is ensuring reliable delivery into highly secure healthcare email ecosystems, where enterprise filtering, authentication controls, and reputation-based security systems create complex deliverability constraints. We are seeking a to architect and optimize the infrastructure that ensures our communications are authenticated, trusted, and consistently delivered. What You’ll Do Manage healthcare email deliverability across enterprise recipient domains Design and optimize sender authentication infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Build systems to monitor and improve sender reputation, inbox placement, and domain trust Diagnose and resolve delivery failures, filtering events, and silent discard scenarios Develop domain-specific delivery strategies for healthcare networks and institutions Partner with product and AI engineering teams to ensure trust-safe personalization Build observability and reporting around delivery performance and deliverability health Optimize sending behavior, throttling, segmentation, and routing logic What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on email deliverability or messaging infrastructure experience Deep expertise in SMTP, DNS, authentication protocols, and email routing Strong experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, and inbox placement Experience with enterprise email security ecosystems (e.g., healthcare, regulated industries, or large enterprise domains) Experience with cloud-based email delivery platforms and/or MTA infrastructure Strong debugging and systems troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar systems-oriented languages Strongly Preferred Experience delivering to healthcare provider / hospital domains Familiarity with enterprise email security gateways such as Barracuda Networks, Proofpoint, or Mimecast Experience building deliverability telemetry and reputation monitoring systems Background in large-scale outbound messaging systems Apply now.
