Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This 4 month contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and improving HR processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Collaborate with branch operations across multiple locations to address HR needs and implement consistent practices. Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues in compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, conducting regular audits as needed. Lead training programs to support employee development and enhance skillsets. Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize HRIS systems such as Dayforce to manage employee data and streamline HR operations. Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and feedback processes. Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions. Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with broad exposure to various HR functions. Proficiency in using HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, to manage HR operations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training program development. Skilled in analyzing and improving HR processes to drive organizational success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Familiarity with business casual dress codes and hybrid work environments.
