We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager who can take ownership of our internal HR systems, workforce processes, and employee operations strategy. This is more than a traditional HR management role. You will lead operational improvements across recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, compliance processes, HR analytics, and organizational support functions. You will work closely with executive leadership, department managers, and HR specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience from onboarding to long-term development. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Leadership Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, workforce planning support, policy implementation, and process optimization. Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable HR workflows that improve productivity, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Team Management Lead and mentor HR coordinators, HR specialists, and administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives. Compliance Oversight Ensure compliance with California labor laws, workplace policies, employee documentation standards, and internal operational procedures. HR Systems Management Collaborate with leadership and technology teams to improve HRIS functionality, reporting systems, and employee data accuracy. Employee Experience Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace culture across departments. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with department leaders to address workforce challenges, staffing needs, and operational planning initiatives. What We Are Looking For Experience 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role. Leadership Skills Strong experience leading HR teams, improving operational processes, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Technical Knowledge Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce reporting systems, employee documentation processes, and HR compliance standards. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across executive leadership and operational teams. Problem Solving Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify practical solutions, and implement process improvements efficiently. Mindset You are proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented. You understand how strong HR operations contribute directly to employee success and business growth. Pay: $7,200.00 - $8,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
