Senior HR Technology Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Associate Experience. Key Responsibilities Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while collaborating with multiple teams Own and manage the product backlog, providing business and functional requirements for tech implementations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience Experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Product Management, or talent acquisition Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable requirements for technology deliverables Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps and familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
