A large, world-renowned law firm is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team! Responsibilities: Provide technical support across HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, leaves, time tracking, and more) Configure and optimize Workday business processes Lead testing efforts for system upgrades and new features Deliver training sessions on HRIS processes and functionality Analyze HR data processes and implement improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Maintain documentation, job aids, and user guides Support Absence Management and reporting Ensure data accuracy and compliance, including government reporting Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and HRIS projects Requirements: 5+ years of HRIS experience (Workday required) Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration Background in HR data, reporting, and analytics Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field Advanced skills in Excel and business applications Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred
