Overview Senior HRIS PeopleSoft Business Analyst | Business Applications Optimize HR systems that power the workforce-driving efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight through PeopleSoft solutions. Plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for ERP system improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units. Validates system configurations, supports user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitors ERP performance to optimize functionality and reliability. Provides training and support to end-users while maintaining clear documentation of processes and system changes. Prepares reports and delivers insights to leadership on project status, risks, and performance, supporting informed decision-making and continuous system improvement.
