Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports the HR needs of assigned business units and helps implement effective HR practices to meet company goals. This is a hands-on position. You’ll spend time on the floor connecting with employees, coaching supervisors, gathering feedback, and helping lead training sessions. This is 2nd shift; Monday- Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
