We are seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources & Labor Relations - West Coast to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster positive labor relations across the region. Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, including talent management, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. Oversee labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing negotiations, and resolving employee relations issues effectively. Partner with leadership to shape workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management processes. Lead and develop HR teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
