Key Responsibilities HR Strategy and Leadership Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with company goals and support long-term business growth. Talent Acquisition Oversee recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across multiple departments. Employee Relations Promote a positive workplace culture by handling employee concerns professionally and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management Develop performance review processes, leadership coaching programs, and employee development strategies that encourage continuous improvement. Policy and Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations while maintaining clear and effective HR policies and procedures. Team Leadership Manage and mentor HR staff while creating an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Compensation and Benefits Support compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee wellness initiatives to maintain competitive and attractive programs. What We Are Looking For Experience 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role. Education Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are considered an advantage. Communication Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Leadership Ability Experience leading HR teams, managing organizational change, and supporting business growth initiatives. Problem Solving Ability to manage complex employee relations situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Mindset You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented. You understand how to balance employee needs with business objectives while building a strong company culture. Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
