The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits plans, and handling personnel management. The specialist will also focus on fostering employee engagement, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices Ability to work independently in a remote environment Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are a plus Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is advantageous
