A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Business Immigration) to join their team, focusing on high-volume NIV case types. Key Responsibilities Review documents for validity and analyze immigration status based on provided documents Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV and IV applications while tracking project deadlines Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status updates Required Qualifications 3-4 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically in drafting complex matters Completed bachelor's degree or relevant experience Experience drafting complex NIV visas, such as H, L, TN, and O visa applications preferred Experience managing a high volume of active and inactive cases Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to immigration case processing software
