Senior Inside Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Inside Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls Manage up to 20 active transactions, ensuring effective follow-up on leads Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions through the loan product Required Qualifications 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center Proven track record in commission-heavy sales roles Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while engaging with customers Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day
