Semperis is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the Global Sales Enablement team in a senior individual contributor role focused on architecting and delivering worldclass learning experiences that drive measurable seller performance across the global gotomarket organization. This role owns the full instructional design lifecycle-from discovery and needs analysis through development, deployment, and evaluation-across a broad portfolio including new hire onboarding, product enablement, competitive training, sales skills development, and partner certification. Ideal for a highly skilled learning designer who blends creative vision with rigorous instructional methodology, the role sits at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and sales performance, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling, learnercentric experiences. The Senior Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Sales Enablement, the EMEA Learning Consultant, subject matter experts across the business, and the MindTickle LMS platform to build and scale a bestinclass enablement content engine.
