Summary The Senior Instructor designs, develops, implements, delivers and evaluates training programs. Ensure personnel are trained in a safe and effective manner in accordance with business needs, site procedures, industry standards, and any applicable apprenticeship program standards. Provides leadership direction and guidance to lower level instructors. Develops and implements training initiatives in support of business goals.Your will focus on Distribution Operations Center (DOC) operator training, support their daily system‑operations responsibilities, and provides ongoing education for current operators and operations staff. Minimum Requirements AA/AS degree or educational equivalent in training related field plus four (4) years of direct experience in course development and training delivery. Must possess technical writing and verbal communication skills. Proven working knowledge of systematic approach to training. Proficient in PC software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to statewide APS locations. T&D Requirement: Seven (7) years CPR or Operator SME experience can be used as a minimum requirement in lieu of course development/training delivery experience for CPR or Operator training positions.
