Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Contract: 12–14 months The Opportunity We’re hiring a Senior IT Business Relationship Manager to support a critical ERP environment and large-scale internal initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring seamless operations across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, driving system stability, process improvements, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Business-IT Liaison: Translate business needs into technical requirements across global teams (U.S., Europe, India) ERP Support: Maintain and support Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) to ensure system health and data integrity Incident Management: Lead triage, document impacts, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) Process Improvement: Identify gaps in Supply Chain processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, logistics) and recommend enhancements Change Management: Support testing, validation (DEV/TEST/PROD), and release readiness Vendor Coordination: Partner with third-party providers to ensure service delivery and SLAs Required Experience 10–15+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP Support, or Business Relationship Management Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) (SAP also considered with strong background) Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, mission-critical environments Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical teams Experience managing competing priorities in dynamic environments Preferred Skills Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience (high-volume environments like P&G, PepsiCo, etc.) Integration knowledge (APIs, Boomi, OIC) EDI experience (orders, invoicing, banking) Experience working with global, distributed teams Familiarity with Agile environments Why This Role?
