As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Lease Administrator to support our growing real estate portfolio. General Responsibilities This role is responsible for managing lease administration across the portfolio and will work closely with the Director of Real Estate Development and cross-functional partners including Construction, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of lease administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lease Administration & Portfolio Management Maintain lease management system (Leasecake), ensuring accuracy of all lease terms, critical dates, and financial obligations Manage lease lifecycle events including renewals, options, amendments, estoppels, and rent/CAM changes Lead lease abstraction and data integrity, ensuring all leases and amendments are accurately captured and consistently updated Coordinate lease documentation and execution with internal stakeholders and outside counsel Landlord Relations & Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as primary point of contact for
