Senior Lease Auditor

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Auditor. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact between the company and landlords regarding CAM, Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, and account reconciliation Analyze and audit landlord billings, negotiate conflicts, and maintain lease audit data Assist managers with complex disputes, training, and various assigned projects Required Qualifications and Education 4-6 years of Property Management or Lease Administration experience in a retail environment BA degree or equivalent Property Management experience Property accounting experience preferred Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret lease clauses Excellent negotiating skills
