Case Ownership: Independently manage all facets of litigation, including court appearances, high-level depositions, and trials. Client Engagement: Maintain and cultivate deep relationships with existing and prospective clients through consistent, high-value communication. Candidate Profile Education & Licensure: JD from an ABA-approved school and an active license in the state of practice. Experience: 8+ years of robust litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense. Skill Set: Proven ability to manage full case cycles, think several moves ahead in complex discovery, and perform under high pressure with minimal supervision. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal time-management systems. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $145,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience). Bonus Structure: Competitive billable hours bonus starting at $10,000 , with tiered increases of $7,500 .
