Description Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) is seeking a full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Strategic Litigation program, supporting complex, high impact environmental and environmental justice litigation. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Litigation, this role works closely with attorneys and advocates on matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across New England. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives in mission-driven work, enjoys managing sophisticated litigation matters, and wants to contribute to transformative legal advocacy. The position is preferred to be based in Boston, MA but being based in one of CLF's other locations (Montpelier, VT, Providence, RI, Concord, NH, Portland, ME, or New Haven, CT) will be considered. There is also some opportunity for remote and flexible work within New England. What you'll do Support attorneys and advocates in the preparation and litigation of environmental, climate, and environmental justice cases before courts and state and federal agencies; Conduct factual and legal research, including online research, public records requests, document review, and drafting research memoranda; Assist with all phases of discovery, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents; working with witnesses; coordinating interviews and depositions; and collaborating with e-discovery vendors; Draft, proofread, and edit litigation materials including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and internal memoranda; Organize and maintain case files, discovery databases, court filings, and internal records; Prepare materials for meetings, interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders; Track litigation deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and
