SCHEDULE FOR OUR SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR: This position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with required emergency on-call availability . YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR: In this position, you'll oversee the full range of facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, coordinating repairs, managing preventative maintenance, and guiding emergency preparedness efforts. You'll work closely with vendors, manage improvement projects, monitor building systems, and support leadership in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In order to do this, you'll need the following: Experience in facilities management, operations management, or a related field Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to respond to facility emergencies when needed Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar environments is preferred.
