Senior Machine Learning, AI Software Engineer About The Role Build the intelligence layer of a modern AI platform. You will design and ship production machine learning systems, integrate LLM workflows, and improve the reliability, cost efficiency, and performance of AI powered features. What You’ll Do Design and implement ML and LLM powered services including retrieval, embeddings, and agent workflows. Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for model quality and safety. Optimize performance and cost through batching, caching, prompt engineering, and model optimization. Develop data pipelines that support training, inference, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship AI capabilities quickly and safely. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to applied machine learning. Expertise in Python and familiarity with one backend stack such as Go, Java, or Node. Experience working with LLM tooling, vector databases, and ML infrastructure in the cloud. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from a highly regarded university.
