The Senior Manager, Contract Compliance & Value Realization will lead post‑sale contract compliance and value realization activities across NACO (North America Commercial Organization) within Client Services. This role is accountable for enforcing contractual intent, identifying and recovering contract leakage, and ensuring Beckman Coulter fully realizes the commercial value embedded in customer agreements. Using analysis and emerging technologies, including AI, the Senior Manager will identify patterns of non‑compliance and systemic leakage, and partner with Contract Development to inform improvements to future contract structures, terms, and execution models . The role will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and customers to negotiate resolution of contract shortfalls, translate insights into recovered revenue, and drive continuous improvement across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle, while leading the existing compliance team responsible for execution, recovery, and resolution activities. This position reports to the Director, NACO Contract Development and is part of the Client Services team and will be fully remote . In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Lead NACO contract compliance governance by enforcing contractual terms, overseeing GPO tier adherence, rebate structures, and compliance frameworks, and translating compliance findings into strategic recommendations that improve long‑term financial performance and future contract structure Drive revenue optimization across post‑sale contracts and mitigate financial risk by leveraging analytical tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify contract leakage, improve quote‑to‑cash execution of financial terms, highlight profitability opportunities, and oversee freight recovery initiatives, rebate governance, and other contractually governed revenue streams. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and key customers, securing buy-in through strong influence skills, navigating tough conversations, and driving aligned outcomes that support both customer and business objectives while negotiating terms, resolving compliance issues, and strengthening relationships. Enable strong cross‑functional alignment by collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Contract Development to enhance contractual structures, streamline processes, and proactively address design and execution gaps identified through compliance and leakage insights, reducing operational and financial risk exposure. Provide leadership and oversight to the Compliance team, ensuring effective monitoring and resolution of MAC shortfalls, GPO tier compliance, change order requests, contract investigations to address unfavorable or non-compliant terms, freight recovery, and (if included) metering compliance, while developing team capability and performance.
