CSL Behring seeks a Senior Manager, Fill-Finish Production Engineering to lead engineering, maintenance, and asset management for sterile pharmaceutical operations. You will oversee fill-finish equipment reliability, tech transfers, process optimization, and CAPEX projects while ensuring GMP, FDA, and EU regulatory compliance. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and validation to improve throughput, yield, and inspection performance. Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, manage vendors, drive digital and automation initiatives, and support continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient biologics production.
