Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Manager within Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Lead and support a team responsible for portfolio level financial operations while establishing consistent workflows and performance standards. Oversee monthly financial reporting for a large real estate portfolio and review results prepared by external property managers. Guide annual budget preparation and review variance and cash flow analyses to identify performance trends and risks. Oversee calculations related to distributions, partnership structures, and performance testing for assets at various stages. Review lender and investor reporting and serve as a key finance contact supporting audits, insurance coordination, and reporting accuracy. Requirements Strong ability to manage and develop teams while providing clear direction and feedback. Ability to review complex financial statements and translate results into clear insights for leadership. Previous experience improving financial reporting processes, internal controls, and portfolio level visibility. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to internal and external stakeholders. Comfort working across functions and managing multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or real estate financial analysis. Prior experience overseeing portfolio level reporting and reviewing third party financials. Previous experience with property management systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
