WORK MODEL What You Will Do The Senior Manager will lead complex audit engagements across operational, compliance, and supplier areas while also independently leveraging data to uncover insights, assess risk, and drive informed decision-making. This role requires a hands-on approach to data extraction, analysis, and interpretation. How You Will Make An Impact Lead end-to-end audit engagements (planning, execution, reporting) across operational and compliance areas. Independently extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify risks, trends, and control gaps. Translate data insights into clear audit findings and actionable business recommendations. Develop executive-ready reports summarizing key risks, insights, and impact. Perform ongoing data analysis to detect anomalies and emerging issues. Partner cross-functionally to implement data-driven corrective actions. Maintain audit documentation supported by accurate data and sound methodologies. Support investigations, special projects, and ad hoc data analysis. Collaborate with leadership on audit strategy and business priorities. Mentor team members and contribute to talent development. What You Will Bring To The Role Eight or more years of experience with at least five years of related work experience in public accounting (internal or external audit), management consulting, data analysis, or financial analysis. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Master’s degree a plus. Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling) with the ability to work with large datasets. Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership. Self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in environments without dedicated analytics support. Three or more years of leadership or team management experience preferred.
