Job Title: Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead Location: Waltham, MA (Remote) Duration: Contract - 7+ months Pay Rate Range: $100 to $110 per hour (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end M&A integration efforts, including planning, execution, and post-close optimization across multiple workstreams Build and manage integration PMO frameworks, including governance models, timelines, risk tracking, and executive reporting Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Ops, HR, Legal, Product) to ensure seamless operational alignment Act as the primary liaison for third-party integration consultants, ensuring delivery alignment and quality execution Develop and refine scalable integration playbooks, incorporating lessons learned and improving time-to-value for future acquisitions Requirements: 10+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or consulting with direct M&A integration exposure Proven experience building and leading integration PMOs within enterprise SaaS or technology environments Strong cross-functional expertise across Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and GTM functions PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (preferred but not required) Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
