Who you are 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with 2+ years of people management experience Experience supporting GTM functions in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company Strong track record of delivering business impact through analytics or machine learning Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, with experience on modern data platforms such as Snowflake Solid understanding of experimentation, forecasting, and customer lifecycle analytics Experience working on GTM use cases such as lead scoring, propensity modeling, churn prediction, or next best action Hands-on experience building or deploying models that improve pipeline efficiency and conversion Familiarity with data enrichment strategies and third-party data integration Experience working with modern data stack tools Exposure to AI/ML applications in enterprise GTM environments What the job involves At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise.
