Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Manager Of FP&A Lead and support core planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and performance tracking Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI reporting Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, and leadership to provide actionable insights Identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to leadership Develop deep understanding of business performance and proactively influence decision-making Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Qualifications For The Senior Manager Of FP&A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 7–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or dynamic environments preferred Experience with data tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is a plus This Senior Manager of FP&A opportunity is best suited for a highly analytical, business-minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and performance.
