Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring effective execution of timelines and milestones Collaborate with Product Marketing for alignment on product positioning and technical feasibility Manage relationships with external partners to track projects, negotiate pricing, and ensure accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field 5 - 8+ years of experience in product development within the personal care or beauty industry, with FDA OTC experience required Proven expertise in managing product development with external formulators and packaging engineers Experience in packaging development, including design and testing Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders
