You will serve as a strategic partner to practice group leadership, overseeing everything from associate onboarding to workforce planning and performance management. What You Bring We are looking for someone with 8 to 10 years of experience in career development, ideally within a large law firm or professional services setting. You should be a self directed leader who can manage multiple high stakes projects while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. An undergraduate degree is required, though an advanced degree or coaching certification is preferred to help you excel in this high impact role.
