Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000+ plus Bonus Location: Remote About The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a private equity–backed healthcare technology organization that is building out its Strategic Finance function. This role sits at the center of that effort and is focused on strategy, value creation, and executive-level decision support. This is not a traditional FP&A role- it’s more project-based, forward-looking, and centered on driving business decisions. What You’ll Be Doing Lead project-based financial analyses, including business cases, scenario modeling, and value-creation initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, technology, and executive leadership Build and maintain financial models supporting growth initiatives and operational improvements Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into business performance Own and drive strategic projects independently as business priorities evolve Qualifications 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Solid business judgment and ability to work through complex problems Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders What The Environment Is Like PE-backed organization experiencing strong year-over-year growth Fully remote flexibility with optional in-person collaboration High exposure to VP-level leadership and executive team Project-driven work focused on strategic initiatives rather than routine budgeting Why This Role May Be a Good Fit This role is well-suited for someone who wants to move beyond traditional FP&A into more strategic, high-impact work, enjoys ownership and ambiguity, and is looking for direct exposure to executive decision-making in a high-growth environment.
