Job Description
The Senior Manager, Operations, oversees all aspects of the day-to-day distribution center operations at our warehouse. This role is accountable for driving labor efficiency across the business while fostering a strong culture of safety and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations. The Senior Manager, Operations, is a proven leader who champions a safe, efficient, and engaged, fast-paced working environment. Responsibilities: Strengthen the leadership pipeline with consistent development of internal talent. Effectively use accurate, timely data to identify trends and improve operational visibility. Forecast accurate labor usage to increase team productivity. Increase team’s capability in using LMS tools. Deliver sustainable, standardized, process improvements. Drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Champion an engaged working environment, improving team retention. Influence overall P&L performance. Partner cross-functionally with different areas of the warehouse. Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of related experience. Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems (WHS) Ability to leverage data and reporting tools Experience around process improvement Skilled in Labor Planning & Productivity (LMS) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Conveyor Works and Print Apply P referred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s Degree Proficiency in UltiPro Behavioral Traits for Success: Long-ranged, systems level thinking Data-driven precision Independent ownership and accountability Methodical, disciplined execution Clear, controlled communication Risk identification and mitigation High standards and continuous improvement Calm, objective problem solving Working Environment: Warehouse-based role. Regular lifting of items over 25 pounds. On-site position (not remote or hybrid).
