About Food Safety & Traceability: The Food Safety & Traceability team is responsible for safeguarding customers and the business by ensuring end to end traceability and compliance across Walmart's supply chain. The team partners closely with merchandising, supply chain, item governance, and technology teams to implement regulatory requirements and strengthen food safety programs. This role directly supports enterprise compliance with FSMA 204 while advancing long term traceability capabilities that protect trust, drive consistency, and enable operational excellence. What you'll do... Act as a regulatory compliance SME, possessing a strong knowledge of FSMA 204 traceability requirements and advise the business on processes and technology to meet traceability requirements. Support the Director, Program Management in developing company strategy and specific project milestones necessary to implement FSMA 204 and company traceability requirements throughout the organization. Develop the corporate traceability plan, including monitoring and verification of food traceability compliance across all suppliers, Walmart distribution points, and stores/clubs.
