Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, this role acts as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, translating strategy into actionable plans, driving the rhythm of the business, and ensuring priorities are aligned, communicated, and executed with discipline. The ideal candidate has high emotional intelligence and is a creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong strategic and analytical horsepower, and can influence without authority across a highly matrixed environment. As a senior manager, strategy & business planning – Global Supply Chain, you will : Strategy & Business Planning Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop and refine short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with company priorities by leading planning processes and roadmap development Translate strategic priorities into integrated operating plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics. Develop executive‑ready strategy narratives, business cases, and decision materials that clearly outline options, trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations. Rhythm of the Business (RoB) & Executive Enablement Manage and support key operating cadences (e.g., leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, performance tracking/OKRs). Coordinate inputs across functions to ensure a cohesive, data‑driven storyline for leadership and executive audiences. Support preparation of executive and Board of Directors materials, including strategy updates, operating performance, and key decisions; ensure content is concise, decision‑oriented, and aligned to enterprise narratives. Portfolio Management Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and progress tracking Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor execution and drive accountability Track progress, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization across the portfolio; escalate issues and recommend course corrections. Cross‑Functional Leadership Serve as an integrator across teams and functions – aligning stakeholders around common objectives and ways of working. Lead and influence without authority, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and peers. Coach and develop team members, fostering high standards for problem solving, storytelling, and execution. Experience, Skills, And Knowledge Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and connect strategy to execution. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how functional organizations operate and intersect within a complex enterprise; skilled at evaluating trade‑offs, constraints, and scenarios to enable aligned decisions Executive Communication: Proven ability to create clear, concise, and compelling materials for senior and executive audiences. Program & Planning Discipline: Experience running complex planning processes, managing interdependencies, and driving execution rigor. Data & Quantitative Rigor: Strong ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize insights, define meaningful metrics, assess performance, and support fact‑based decision‑making. Execution & Ownership Mindset: Highly self‑directed with a strong bias for action; able to independently drive work forward, navigate obstacles, and deliver high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Influence in Matrixed Environments: Track record of partnering across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority.
